Powered Site – Tent/Trailer

Please only book this style of Powered Site if you are travelling with a tent or camper trailer.

Please note: Karrinyup Waters does not pre-allocate sites, so you are not able to book a specific site number.

While we try our best we cannot guarantee groups sites are always together, particularly at busy periods or if travelling with a mixture of tents and caravans (whom may be required to occupy concrete sites)

Minimum stay periods will apply during busy periods as  we run at 100% occupancy.

Standard Cancellation Policy: Free cancellation up to 7 days before arrival. Deposit of 1 night payment will be forfeited for cancellations within 7 days of arrival. No refunds will be given for early departures.

Long Weekend & Peak Cancellation Policy: Your initial booking deposit of 1 night payment is non-refundable. No refunds will be given for early departures.

Christmas Period (cabins): Your initial booking deposit is non-refundable. Payment is due in full by 1st of December: for cancellations after the 1st of December, the full amount of the accommodation will be forfeited. No refunds will be given for early departures.

Christmas Period (sites): Your initial $200.00 booking deposit is non-refundable. No refunds will be given for early departures.

Travel Insurance: We recommend travel insurance on all holiday bookings.

Infants are considered under the age of 2.
