Check in and check out

What time is check in and check out for cabins?
Cabin check in starts from 2pm and check out is 10am.
What time is check in and check out for powered sites?
Powered site check in starts from 10:30am and check out is 10am
Late check outs
Let check outs are subject to availability on your departure day. Please contact reception on arrival to confirm availability of the request.
Is an early check in possible?
Early check ins are subject to availability please contact reception for more information.
After hours check in
If you are arriving after 6pm reception will set up an after hours arrival pack for you to collect from our after hours safe that will include a map of the park, your key and wristbands to  gain access to the boom gate. The safe code instructions will be sent by text message at 5:30pm on the day of arrival to the number linked to the booking.
Checking out before 8am?
If you are departing before reception opens at 8am there is an express checkout box located at the reception door, please place you wristbands and keys in the box.
Reception opening hours
Reception is open everyday of the year except Christmas Day. We are open from 8am until 6pm.
 

Cabins

What linen is provided?
Linen included in the cabin includes bedding, pillows and bath towels. Pool towels are not provided but can be hired from reception for $2 each
Is the cabin serviced every day?
The cabin is only serviced for stays over 7 days, we offer one complimentary service which includes fresh linen and a general clean of the cabin. Replacement linen for stays of less than 7 days can be purchased through reception.
Do we offer wifi?
We do offer a free wifi in some areas of the park, it is only to be used for general browsing, reception and speed cannot be guaranteed.
What is included in the cabin kitchen?
All cutlery, plates, pots, pans and cups are included. The kitchens contain a stove top, microwave, toaster, kettle and full size fridge. There is also 1 complimentary serving of tea, coffee, sugar and hot chocolate per guest, these are not replenished.
What parking is provided?
Each cabin has room for one car. Additional parking is provided through the boom gates or visitor parking in the main carpark.
Do we have pet friendly cabins?
We do not offer pet friendly cabins.
Do we supply portacots or high chairs?
Yes we can supply porta cots and high chairs on request free of charge, they are subject to availability. Please also note the linen for the cots is not supplied.
Are fold out beds available?
Fold our bed are subject to availability and can only be supplied if the number of guests is not exceeding the maximum occupancy of the cabin. A hire fee of $20 is charged per stay.

Pools

What time does the pool area open and close?
The pool area is open 7 days a week from 7:30am until 9pm
What temperature are the pools?
The heated lap pool is heated to 30 degrees and the spa Is heated to 36 degrees.

Powered Sites

Can I select my site prior to check in?
We do not pre-allocate our sites, selection of sites is done at the time of check in with our groundsman.
Do we offer powered and unpowered sites?
Our park only offers powered sites.
Do we allow pets on our sites?
Due to the wildlife in the park we do not allow pets in the park.
What size are your powered sites?
Most of our sites can accommodate up to 30ft
What amp power outlet do are your sites
15amp
Is the water on my site safe to drink?
Yes all water from taps throughout the park is scheme water and is safe to be consumed
Are fires permitted on the sites
No open fires are permitted within the park.
Can you fill LPG gas bottles
Yes, KW can fill your in date LPG gas bottle up to 9kg.
 

Café

Is the café open to the public
Yes, KW Café is open to the public. You are not required to be a guest to access the café.
When is the café open?
The café is open 6 days a week, Tuesday to Sunday, only closed on Mondays.
Tuesday – Friday – 8am to 8pm
Saturday and Sunday – 7:30am to 8pm
Does the café accept cash?
KW Café is a cashless venue. Payment must be made by card.
Does the café take reservations?
The KW café does not take reservations, it is done on a walk-in basis even for large groups.
Does the café sell ice?
Yes, ice can be purchased from the KW Café
Where can I park to visit the café?
There is visitor parking at the top of the park for all café visitors. Café visitors are not permitted to drive into the park.
How can I view the menu?
All menus can be found online via the main navigation bar

or with our front of house staff on the ground floor
How can I contact the café?
KW café does not have a phone line. All calls will be directed to the resort reception for assistance.
Is the cafe licensed
Yes KW Cafe is fully licensed. Strictly no BYO
 
 

Camp Kitchen

Does the camp kitchen contain ovens?
Karrinyup waters does not have any ovens on site only stove tops and BBQ’s.
What facilities are in the camp kitchen?
The camp kitchen contains the following; Kettle, microwave, toaster, stove tops and fridges (no freezer)

Laundry Facilities

Do we have laundries on site?
Yes, we have 2 laundry facilities on site. For payment they take a mixture of coin and card depending on which machine is available, they are priced at $5 per wash/dry.
Do you sell laundry powder?
Laundry powder can be purchased from reception.

 G’day rewards

Do we offer the G’day Rewards discount/ perks?
