With 68 clean and affordable self-contained cabins, a huge pool and spa area and an onsite café open 6 days a week (closed Monday), Karrinyup Waters really does have it all! The resort features a conference room, laundry facilities, jumping pillow, playgrounds, communal areas, BBQ’s and ample parking including space for bus parking.

The resort is ideally located just 14km north of Perth’s CBD and is close to Scarborough Beach, HBF Stadium, Warwick Stadium, HBF Arena and Claremont Showgrounds.

To date we have provided accommodation to almost 3500 different groups. Our previous and future booking groups include schools, sporting clubs, probus clubs and more.

For your large group booking requirements we find that communication is best done through email. This allows us time to cross check all details and gives us a point of reference to review your booking requests to ensure there are no errors.
