Karrinyup Waters operates seven days a week and relies on maintaining strong occupancy across all days, not just weekends or peak periods. We welcome a broad range of travellers, including local staycationers, regional visitors, interstate guests, and international tourists. Each of these groups has different booking patterns and lengths of stay — some guests are seeking a single night, while others may stay for several weeks.

Carefully managing minimum stay requirements allows us to balance occupancy throughout the entire week and protect availability for a variety of booking types. While being fully booked on weekends or during peak periods months in advance may seem ideal, it can significantly reduce our flexibility to accept mid-week reservations that include a weekend night. This imbalance can have a considerable operational and commercial impact on the business.
