Powered Site – Caravan

Please only book this style of powered site if you are travelling with a caravan or large motorhome.

Please note: Karrinyup Waters does not pre-allocate sites, so you are not able to book a specific site number.

During busy periods we run at 100% occupancy, during this time caravans will often not have the option of a grass site as these sites may be reserved for guests whom are bringing tents and require grass.

While we try our best we cannot guarantee groups sites are always together particularly at busy periods and if groups are a mixture of caravans and tents.

Minimum stay periods apply year round.

Standard Cancellation Policy: Free cancellation up to 7 days before arrival. Deposit of 1 night payment will be forfeited for cancellations within 7 days of arrival. No refunds will be given for early departures.

Long Weekend & Peak Cancellation Policy: Your initial booking deposit of 1 night payment is non-refundable. No refunds will be given for early departures.

Christmas Period (cabins): Your initial booking deposit is non-refundable. Payment is due in full by 1st of December: for cancellations after the 1st of December, the full amount of the accommodation will be forfeited. No refunds will be given for early departures.

Christmas Period (sites): Your initial $200.00 booking deposit is non-refundable. No refunds will be given for early departures.

Infants are considered under the age of 2.

Travel Insurance: We recommend travel insurance on all holiday bookings.
